These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.
I can use the building security menitors to track and see any of the uniformed and civilian organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrators and collaborators that show up to any neighbourhood. I can see them loitering around the side streets and parking lots in between the buildings.
The gangstalking perps and collaborators are truly morons. They barely have any clue that I can see them and their locations 10 minutes before I go down to the street level to sneak up closer to them to get some close up videos and photographs of them. I can tell which street bums, skateboarders, vehicles, or pedestrians are gangstalking perps. The perps are clueless they are about to be internet famous forever where all types of nice and/or nasty international organizations and their supporters can look them up.
I need more uniformed and civilian gangstalking perpetrators and collaborators, and everyone and everything that is connected to them, for those weekend online or offline meetings with the others.
I am a former Federal Government functionary from a national defence/national security related government department. It is a farce if the perps and collaborators think they can have a chance at matching wits and skills with me. 🤣 👀👂👃
