00:00Are you asking for what is the difference between transbassers and decanters?
00:05I'm Manuel Negrete, I'm director of vines here in the Wine Bar of the CUNCUM Mundial of Bruxelles
00:09and today I'm going to explain the difference.
00:10The difference is that the transbassers and decanters are 12 different processes.
00:16One is to oxygenate, to give a young wine a little bit of aromatic,
00:22more intense and that we perceive better.
00:24And decanters is for a old wine that probably already generates sediment
00:29and that has a kind of fango, we can separate from the limp.
00:32So, one process is super lento and the other process is much faster,
00:37more efficient to be able to provide oxygen.
00:39So, we use different decanters of different apertures for different objectives.
00:44For example, here we have a carafe, which is for white wine or even espumoso.
00:48This is for white wine wine, which only has a small amount of oxygen.
00:52And this one is for decanters, to allow a young wine to breathe.
00:56The world of wine doesn't have to be complicated.
00:59There are more advice from here.
