00:00Senator Irwin Tulfo slammed a congressman who went viral after being caught watching an online sabong match during an official session.

00:08Tulfo said it's up to the House of Representatives to deal with the lawmaker, but insisted that the congressman should issue an official apology.

00:16He also announced a Senate hearing on online gambling scheduled for next week.

00:21His brother, Senator Rafi Tulfo, earlier filed a bill seeking to ban all forms of online gambling.

00:26Senator Irwin Tulfo expressed frustration over the incident, saying public officials are paid by the government to serve, not to gamble.
