00:17separate cyber libel complaints Alonzo filed in May 2024 against Fermin, fellow showbiz columnist
00:23Oji Diaz, and their respective online talk show co-hosts. In her complaint, Alonzo said she was
00:28hurt by false and harmful information from a mystery basher, which Fermin and Diaz talked
00:33about on air without checking the facts. Alonzo's lawyer Joey Garcia told ABS-CBN News that the
00:39actress decided to take legal action for the first time after many years in the entertainment industry.
00:44Fermin and Diaz made their statements around the time Alonzo publicly broke up with her
00:48former fiancé, actor-model Dominic Roque.
