00:43:29i've been through what i'd call a quite traumatic 12 months going through a really toxic breakup and
00:43:36and most of all losing my dad
00:43:40love's never been more important to me and that's why i came on this experience
00:43:44my feelings for jess have changed fairly often throughout this experience

00:43:58initially in the experience very early uh there was a spark between jess and i

00:44:34to me for a second i'm sorry it really got to me it does make me question whether it was even real
00:44:39in the first place and perhaps i was swept up in the whole idea that i've just married the girl of
00:44:43my dreams this has just been a crazy whirlwind and i still need to to to bring the walls down a little
00:44:49bit because jess yeah is very much a match for me that i need rather than i want the straw that
00:44:57broke the camel's back for me was feeling like my partner didn't have my back and we yeah and i
00:45:04thought i feel like let me take this this is me yeah you don't really like to let it talk to you
00:45:11is that how you feel
00:45:12are you gonna say this for me is a total deal breaker that this is a deal breaker i don't want

00:45:32i don't regret a single thing that i've done here we went through a tough time we came back together
00:45:38but the one thing that's really lingering for me now is the fact that we came here to get to know
00:45:42each other and find a spark and fall in love it hasn't happened it's not over till it's over
00:45:52but as this draws to a close
00:45:54i'm not sure if i'm 100 committed to taking this further with jess
00:46:13i gave everything to sam and to the experience
00:46:17because i wanted to make the relationship with sam work
00:46:25yes sam has some tricky behaviors that he needs to iron out but at the same time
00:46:32sam does have a lot of great qualities you want this shirt don't you yep all right let's
00:46:39go rinse everything off let's just take a bit of a lead on this he is sensitive he also can be very
00:46:46soft and i've seen a lot of that so you've got something to wear but i've heard a lot of really
00:46:52strong opinions about my relationship with sam in this experience i genuinely see a lot of red flags
00:46:59with sam i see you apologizing on behalf of him for something that's not your fault at all
00:47:03maybe i've softened to sam a little bit because i do see another side of him like i see the sensitivity
00:47:08that could be me just being too much of an empath
00:47:13but my darkest moment actually came from one of my best friend's aunt visiting me
00:47:23i don't know if you seem very happy right now you reckon i don't know do you feel like you're losing
00:47:30yourself like don't forget who you are i'm just confused like i don't want to lose myself in a
00:47:38relationship as much as i do want to make it work you know and i do like him you're gonna have to make
00:47:45a decision before you leave here right
00:47:51i can absolutely see that i've been losing myself a bit along the way but it's hard because i still have
00:47:58feelings for sam at this point
00:48:04i still find him attractive and i do believe that there's something there

00:57:59wanting to continue this experience out of the island and into our natural habitat
00:58:06what she doesn't know is the true reality of my life
00:58:12when i was 11 my sister was born with special needs i am involved with a lot of her care
00:58:18you know she needs to be fed uh she needs to be changed we have to read her body language her cues
00:58:28her noises she needs to be mobilized all to just keep her body functioning to keep her happy to keep
00:58:36entertained georgia knows about my sister but she just doesn't know how that all comes together
00:58:44in day-to-day reality there are going to be struggles that she cannot comprehend
00:58:56i'd love to give georgia everything that she's wanted as someone to grow old with her
00:59:04um and i want to give her all of that
00:59:06but i know what my destiny is what my future holds
00:59:14i don't want georgia burdened by the situation that i'm in
00:59:18that's why i've decided to set her free
