00:00Trump's latest comments came as he was speaking to reporters at his Turnberry
00:10golf resort in South Asher in Scotland. He said he was not a fan of the London mayor,
00:18that Sadiq Khan was a nasty person who has done a terrible job for London. As the comments were
00:25made, the Prime Minister quickly jumped to Khan's defence and intervened to say he's a friend of mine.
00:34Trump did say he was keen once again to visit London. In response to those comments made by
00:43Mr Trump, this was during a press conference on Monday, a spokesperson for the mayor said Sadiq
00:52is delighted that President Trump wants to come to what they described as the greatest city in the
00:59world. They added he'd see how our diversity makes us stronger not weaker, richer not poorer,

01:16citizenship under Trump's presidency. Trump and Khan have certainly had a turbulent relationship
01:24over the last few years, with Trump previously describing the mayor as a loser and challenged
01:31him to an IQ test, while Sadiq attempted to get a state visit cancelled during Trump's previous term
