09:59Here's our chief investigative correspondent, Aaron Katursky, now.
10:02Tonight, Jeffrey Epstein's accomplice, Glenn Maxwell, is asking the U.S. Supreme Court to hear her appeal of her conviction for sex trafficking Epstein's teenage victims.
10:11It follows Maxwell's extraordinary two-day meeting with Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche, a closed-door interview that lasted nine hours.
10:19Blanche, until recently, was President Trump's personal attorney, and today the president would not rule out pardoning Maxwell.
10:26Well, I'm allowed to give her a pardon, but nobody's approached me with it.
10:30Nobody's asked me about it.
10:32It's in the news about that, that aspect of it, but right now it would be inappropriate to talk about it.
10:43Trump and Epstein were friends for more than a decade, socializing in New York and Palm Beach.
10:48Today, the president said he never accepted an invitation to visit Epstein's private Caribbean island,
10:53where underage girls were allegedly trafficked for sex.
10:56I never had the privilege of going to his island, and I did turn it down, but a lot of people in Palm Beach were invited to his island.
11:05In one of my very good moments, I turned it down. I didn't want to go to his island.
11:10When Epstein was arrested in 2019, Trump said they hadn't spoken in 15 years.
11:14Today, the president describing what led to their falling out, that Epstein had hired Trump employees from Mar-a-Lago.
11:21Stole people that worked for me. I said, don't ever do that again. He did it again.
11:26And I threw him out of the place, persona non grata. I threw him out, and that was it.
11:33I'm glad I did, if you want to know the truth.
11:36David, we still don't know what information Ghislaine Maxwell may have provided to the deputy attorney general,
11:41but we do know she is serving a 20-year prison sentence, and she wants out.
11:46David.
11:46Aaron Katursky with us here tonight. Aaron, thank you.
11:49This evening, amid the devastating images coming out of Gaza, President Trump tonight saying this is real starvation
11:55after Israel's claim there is no famine. President Trump tonight saying you can't fake that.
12:00Rachel Scott traveling with the president in Scotland.
12:04Tonight, the world's seeing images like these. Desperate families in Gaza reaching through bars, begging for food.
12:11President Trump on the world stage saying yes, the people of Gaza are starving, and the United States will step in to help.
12:21I mean, some of those kids are, that's real starvation stuff. I see it. And you can't fake that. So we're going to be even more involved.
12:31The Hamas-run health ministry says 147 people have died from famine and malnutrition. 88 of them, children.
12:41Today in Gaza City, this mother carrying home a single bowl of thin soup, her three children then gathering around to eat.
12:48But Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu insists there is no starvation.
12:52I don't know. I mean, based on television, I would say not particularly because those children look very hungry.
13:03But we're giving a lot of money and a lot of food. And other nations are now stepping up.
13:09The president today also turning up the heat on Russia's Vladimir Putin.
13:13He had given Putin 50 days until early December to make a peace deal with Ukraine.
13:17He's now moving up that deadline.
13:20I'm going to make a new deadline of about 10 or 12 days from today.
13:27There's no reason in waiting. There's no reason in waiting.
13:31It's 50 days. I want to be generous, but we just don't see any progress being made.
13:37The president has threatened to hit Russia with, quote, very severe tariffs.
13:41He's also wielding tariffs to negotiate trade deals, overnight unveiling a new agreement with the European Union.
13:47As part of the deal, the EU will buy American military equipment and $750 billion worth of American energy.
13:55And they will drop all tariffs on most American goods.
13:58The U.S., however, will impose a 15 percent tariff on most European products we import, including cars, pharmaceuticals and computer chips.
14:07Economists warn American businesses will pay those tariffs and pass the cost along to consumers by raising prices.
14:13Another big part of why the president is here is to promote the family business.
14:18The president holding all of these meetings at the Trump family golf courses.
14:22And tomorrow, he'll cut the ribbon on a new one in Aberdeen.
14:25David.

15:02In an interview with ABC News, Perry, a husband, father, and former Marine, says anyone would have done what he did.
15:09I didn't think of anything other than trying to get him away from people and get him isolated and get him to put the knife down and just to kind of focus on me instead of everyone that was yelling and screaming in the background.
15:21Today, the suspect, 42-year-old Bradford James Gilley, appearing in court, now charged with terrorism and 11 counts of assault with the intent to murder,
15:30after police say he entered the Walmart around 4 p.m. Saturday and began attacking people near the checkout area with this folding knife that has a three-and-a-half-inch blade.
15:39It seemed like all of the people who got stabbed and got attacked were people who couldn't physically get out of his way, like people in wheelchairs.
15:47Well, of the 11 injured, the worst off were six, initially in critical condition.
15:53Tonight, David, all six have been upgraded and are said to be doing better.
15:56All right, Mola Lenghi with us here tonight.

16:44I've got two bodies down here.
16:46Tonight, the mystery unfolding with signs the attack may have been premeditated.
16:51Police reporting that the suspect fled in a black four-door sedan, possibly a Mazda, with his license plate covered by heavy duct tape.
16:59Police, with the help of the FBI, now searching a massive and remote area where there was no cell phone coverage and there may be limited access to surveillance cameras.
17:08Police have yet to say exactly how the couple was killed.
17:13So many unanswered questions.
17:14But what they do know is someone incredibly dangerous is still at large.
