00:25It seemed like I made that ravioli, but really, she was just doing all the work for me.

00:35I like that you pronounce business.

00:36Usually when I say standing on business, I say standing on business.

00:39Justin Bieber, man.

00:41You know, I was a Belieber growing up.

00:43Yeah, you heard everything on there about the standing on business paparazzi.

00:46It's not clocking to you that I'm standing on business, is it?

00:48He's an interesting guy, man.

00:50I thought that was so funny.

00:51I think he didn't know he was going to do that.

00:53Because I think he has a lot of clips out there where he'd be cussing out paparazzi.

00:57But that was one of the funniest ones.

00:59Because it's like, yo, what made Justin Bieber say standing on business?

01:12I've been friends with Justin for like two and a half years now.

01:18I think we just let it be.

01:20Like when I first met him, he told me, he's like, yo, I want to do something.

01:24And I typically get that a lot from other celebrities.

01:26Because they're like, oh, I'm going to be on the skit with you.

01:28I'm going to be on the skit.

01:29But I like to keep my stuff certain type of authentic to my style and like how I do it.

01:33I don't want to just throw a bunch of celebrities and stuff.

01:36So I told him, I was like, let's just wait for the right time.

01:38Yeah, two years later, we're here.

01:40And that really was a perfect timing moment for sure.

01:44We were actually right next to each other.

01:46I was smoking a black and mild.

01:47Those coughs was real on there.

01:49Yeah, everything that you heard on that was 1000% the real conversation that was had in the studio.

01:55I think they kind of wanted a funny way for him to vent too, where it wasn't as serious

02:00and like a serious interview about mental health and stuff with him.

02:04I think he wanted to talk about that stuff, but he wanted to get it off in like a funny way.

02:08I think it was a long conversation, but they cut up some of the best moments from it.

02:12Like I said, like even those coughs and all that was just like all real.

02:16Me trying to get him to smoke the black and mild was real.

02:19That was real convincing.

02:23Tanner, I'm not your average black guy.

02:25I'm one of those guys you just can't get rid of.

02:27This girl put me on the Love Island.

02:29Yeah, I watch it occasionally if I'm with her, but other than that, no, I don't watch Love Island.

02:34One of the main things I noticed on the early Love Island casting, it was like, it would

02:39be like a lot of white people and then they'll have that one black guy on there.

02:43And I'm like, every time it's just like, he don't feel, it don't feel like, you know,

02:49like I don't know how to word it.

02:50It's kind of, he don't feel like a brother.

02:53Right?

02:54So I knew I wanted to do a skit on it because they've changed the casting now.

02:57Now in the newer episodes, the cast is a little different.

03:00But early on, it was always that one brother.

03:04We went through hell with that, that bodysuit I put on in that.

03:07Oh my God.

03:08There's like behind the scenes footage of me struggling, trying to put this rubber bodysuit

03:12on.

03:13And then we tried to paint it brown with spray paint.

03:15It wasn't working.

03:16We gave it to this artist to try to put some type of like brown clay that would stay on

03:22the rubber.

03:23That wouldn't work.

03:24And then we just said, fuck it.

03:25We just started throwing dirt on it to make it my skin tone.

03:28We just rubbed a bunch of like clay.

03:30It was funny, but a lot of people were like, what the fuck is that stuff on that rubber suit?

03:43Yeah.

03:44Thank you for reminding me of a crucial moment in my career, but I'll be back.

03:50We'll be back next year for that, my first MVP.

03:54We made sure this season that me and Kai played on separate teams because I wanted to

03:59have some type of rivalry.

04:00I feel like the ratings for the All-Star games have kind of gone down since Kevin Hart left.

04:05So I told them, if we're going to have me and Kai Senat play, put us on separate teams.

04:11We're going to go against each other head to head.

04:13And it worked out really good.

04:14We both paired up to score four points each.

04:17We had an MVP performance on both sides of the ball, but you see who they chose, you

04:22know?

04:23Everybody got favorites.

04:24It's all, it's just politics.

04:25I was sick that game too.

04:26I was sick.

04:27Yeah, no, I'm still getting over it.

04:29I'm still low.

04:30I do agree that that should be the NBA logo.

04:33Right now, they're actually working on a Topps card.

04:38I don't know if I should have even said that, but I have an MVP All-Star Topps card coming

04:51The thing with that skit, everybody believed that I was getting sued for Miss Rachel because

04:56of that.

04:57I do not know why.

04:58And they made this big hoopla and controversy on TikTok and Instagram.

05:04Everybody had their own story about how, oh, he's getting sued by Miss Rachel.

05:08I don't think Miss Rachel gave a shit, but I know she saw it though, for sure.

05:13I definitely know she saw it.

05:15I mean, it's got over a hundred thousand comments and millions of likes, millions of

05:20views.

05:21And it was just so big.

05:23That whole week they talked about that skit.

05:25That was, yeah, we've had some heavy hitters this year.

05:29With skits, I think just real life stuff that I go through.

05:33And I'm able to implement that into a short form of greatness.

05:39I try to continue to live the same way I did before I had money so I can continue to experience

05:46these experiences that I can make this great content for y'all.

05:50Yeah, I was stacking them like Pringles right there.

05:58I don't know.

05:59See, that's just Jamaican culture.

06:02I was trying to embody the culture of Jamaica with that.

06:06I wasn't just humping.

06:07I'm implementing the culture.

06:09That's what they do there.

06:11So as soon as we got off the plane, everybody, that's what they were on out there.

06:15So I said, hey, I got to get with the program.

06:21And so they do.

06:22So, yeah.

06:24I don't have too many words for that.

06:27A lot of dry humping in that video too, by the way.

06:38They try to get us to do a lot of writing or they try to get you to read off the teleprompter

06:44stuff, but mainly for the most part, the greatness comes from the improv.

06:47So being around Kev and Kai and what we already do is like when we go up on that stage,

06:53So we got a movie on the way.

07:07Yeah, I had a relationship with some of the people in that nail salon.

07:22So, you know, you got to use your communication skills, your relationships, figure it out.

07:28But yeah, that's how that came about for the most part.

07:30But yeah, the whole world wanted to know how I pulled that one off.

07:33And that was a really funny skit.

07:35But they cool.

07:36They cool though.

07:37I like them.

07:38When I get back to Atlanta, I'm going to go back to them.

07:40They all were super happy with the outcome of the video.

07:43We had so much fun filming it as well.

07:45We just kept laughing after each scene.

07:48I actually like a lot of the controversy because it makes the skit even get more widely known.

07:53So it's like this whole past year, I've gotten controversy for each skit.

07:57It's like, it's something.

07:58It's Rachel one, the white dude that's from a black hood one.

08:01But it ain't real.

08:02No people like this one than anything.

08:06Like they loved this one right here.

08:08Yes.

08:09It's real good stuff and like nobody can say that, you know, it's not funny.

08:12So it's like, hey, somebody's got to do it.

08:15People just were like, all right, if the roles were reversed.

08:18But every person of any other race hit me and was like, oh my God, I fucking love this shit.

08:23But yeah, one of my favorite ones to do and I'm just like, I'm very comfortable with doing that.

08:27Because comedy is comedy to me and there are no limits.

08:31Like it's, you know, about what you feel is funny and yeah, I'm going to keep doing that.

08:36So it's like, probably say good 90% and then you got the 10% and that's like, hell no.

08:43But it is what it is.

08:45That's the game you play when you're doing comedy though, for sure.

08:55I was there looking for, I think Obama.

08:58Yeah, the secret service, they was all coming up to me.

09:00They cool too.

09:01Secret service kind of cooler than I thought.

09:03When I was at the White House, they cool as hell.

09:05I thought they was going to be uptight.

09:07They not what y'all be thinking.

09:10They actually cool as shit.

09:12But yeah, I didn't find Obama.

09:15I met a lot of people with suits on, but I ain't meet nobody important.

09:19They were hiding them from me the whole day.

09:20They knew how Drewski was there.

09:22They were hiding everybody important that needed to get away from my camera.

09:29So, I am a little bit of a dumbass.

09:31I did not bring the envelope out here.

09:34I presented the award at the Espy's and I forgot the Espy's envelope.

09:37I left it in my seat.

09:39And yeah, it turned out to be a funny moment though.

09:42Yeah, I fucked that one up bad.

09:46I have a live tour coming.

09:48We're starting in September called Coda Fest Tour.

09:51It's an arena tour and it's going to be my first arena tour.

09:55So, that'll be amazing.

09:58We got a lot of big names, a lot of funny stuff.

10:00It's going to be a mixture of comedy and music.
