00:00tonight on the proof is out there did ocean scientists discover an unknown life form

00:10it's like the beginning of a horror movie what was that ufo spotted near area 51 there were 22

00:18reports of this particular event all across california nevada and even utah a stunning

00:25feet of strength is this guy a superhuman this rock has to weigh hundreds and hundreds of pounds

00:32it's kind of incredible and what's that disrupting commercial air traffic is there

00:37an extraterrestrial force behind all these airport shutdowns

00:46around the globe are videos one of those things it's moving photos and sounds that defy explanation

00:54we don't know where they come from who made them or how they operate what are they

01:04some sort of bizarre mutation what's exciting is nobody really knows extraordinary claims need

01:10extraordinary proof i'm tony harris and as a journalist for more than 30 years i've followed

01:17the facts where they take me now i'm bringing that spirit of investigation to the world's

01:23strange sounds and images we'll analyze each one with top experts it's a credible case it's a credible

01:31video and pass a verdict on what it is this video was clearly fake the proof starts now

01:46good evening and welcome to the proof is out there we've had alleged alien corpses and even alien

01:53fetuses on the show before but tonight for the first time we're going to investigate an alleged

01:59alien egg at the bottom of the sea check this out it's august 30th 2023 and researchers at the

02:08national oceanic and atmospheric administration or noah are live streaming a mission to find new life in

02:14these unexplored waters off alaska the ship the oceanic explorer has sent a tricked out rov or remotely

02:22operated vehicle two miles down below the surface and before long the device's camera comes across this

02:29confounding site it's a strange golden orb resting on the alaskan sea floor snap soon please okay snapping

02:36it's smooth rounded texture looks almost egg-like the scientists are dumbfounded having never seen

02:43anything remotely like this before yeah i don't know what to make of that as we were coming across

02:49it i was like huh that looks pretty interesting and i was like oh i don't really know what that is

02:53huh it's definitely got you know a big old hole in it so something either tried to get in or try to get

03:00out it's like the beginning of a horror movie scientists from around the world watching the

03:05live stream are just as perplexed i don't know what i'm looking at what's the science chat saying

03:11uh we're all over the place at the moment when our collective knowledge can't identify it that means

03:17it's something weird some scientists suggested that this could possibly be coral but many believe

03:24that's highly improbable due to its smooth surface and lack of coral light holes other researchers

03:30have shot down the idea that this could simply be a sponge due to its apparent fragility oh soft

03:37soft dermal air okay the closer we got rather than getting more answers i think we got more questions

03:45so we ended up deciding to take a sample and bringing it back on board the mysterious specimen

03:50is brought to the smithsonia museum of natural history where its identity remains a mystery to

03:56this day many are convinced that it is some type of uso or unidentified submersible object is this

04:04something extraterrestrial in nature underwater ets seem far-fetched well there are those who believe

04:10that all life on earth may have originated from an extraterrestrial source gerhardt points to a

04:16recently popularized theory in the scientific community called panspermia panspermia which is

04:22the concept that the seeds of life are planted throughout the universe imagine a micro organic

04:29substance traveling through the cosmos on an asteroid if such life forms can survive the pressures of

04:35outer space then these essentially become the seeds of life on other planets many believers in

04:41panspermia suggest that at some point in history these space seeds crashed into earth's surface

04:47leading to the development of life even us other theories picture the phenomenon as something more

04:53sinister that these space seeds are dangerous and could contaminate our planet spelling doom for all

05:00indigenous life however gerhardt presents one more theory that this still could be a creature of

05:05earthly origin that haunted these waters millennia ago on may 18th 2011 paleontologists working in

05:14the tongas national forest of southeast alaska discovered the fossilized remains of a new species of

05:21philatosaur very strange aquatic reptiles that lived during the lower triassic about 200 million years ago

05:29could this golden object be the egg of some unknown species of surviving dinosaur

05:39can organisms really survive in space well tobacco seed samples were mounted outside a spacecraft for more

05:46than a year after they were returned to earth on the space shuttle a quarter of them survived well

05:52enough to be grown as plants could this golden orb have spawned from a seed that was equally space worthy

05:59let's check in with the experts

06:06biologist floyd hayes is extremely skeptical that this could be the egg of a recently discovered

06:12dinosaur it's been suggested that this could be the egg of a philatosaur a group of marine reptiles

06:18that became extinct during the mid to late jurassic even though they have found fossilized

06:24philatosaurs up in alaska they couldn't possibly survive there today because reptiles are ectothermic

06:30or cold-blooded which means they're not going to be able to maintain any body heat in the cold water

06:35off of alaska marine biologist shay steingass explores the idea that this could possibly be something from

06:42off-world the idea of panspermia is actually very biologically and evolutionarily unlikely we

06:49typically think of organisms as fungi or animals or bacteria but before that there was actually

06:58something called the last universal common ancestor and this was a creature of some sort

07:07that was the common ancestor for all life on earth as we know it today the last universal common

07:14ancestor was a single cell bacterium-like organism that many scientists believe was the ancestor of

07:20all living things on earth this was essentially a cellular structure we know that life on earth evolved

07:26this way it's actually very unlikely that the last universal common ancestor traveled from a different

07:35planet in fact new research suggests that this original organism may have generated on cracks in the

07:42ocean floor so could this deep water orb represent the discovery of a new earthly species i would guess

07:49this may be the egg casing of some kind of ocean animal because it's a very thin membrane that is

07:55attached to a rocky surface and that gives an embryonic animal time to develop in a safe and static environment

08:04but until there's molecular testing or genetic analysis of whatever this is we don't know for sure

08:11and that's part of the excitement of the ocean there's always something new to find

08:20our verdict we are leading toward this being the egg of an undiscovered species

08:26our experts seem to agree that this is an eggshell or casing of some kind but exactly what

08:31it is and where it came from remains unknown this is exciting stuff people we may have witnessed

08:37the discovery of something profound in real time now we're going to move from the bottom of the ocean to

08:45the top of the world's highest peaks from the himalayas come stories of a hair covered creature known as

08:52the yeti or abominable snowman some believe it's an ancient relative of humankind that survived to the

08:59modern era and that this video is the best evidence yet that it really exists 1992 the himalayan mountains

09:08rumor spreads about a belgian couple who were supposedly enjoying these majestic peaks on skis

09:14when they pull out a camera and capture this stunning footage we see what appears to be a giant hairy

09:21bipedal monster traversing the mountain side field researcher cliff barrackman says this footage was

09:28quickly touted as proof of the mountain dwelling yeti this footage was initially aired on a show

09:34on the united paramount network a lot of people came out and said oh this looks very real this older

09:40footage which has recently found new life on the internet remains mysterious in part due to its nebulous

09:46sourcing no one was quite sure where the belgian skiing couple story came from or if these were

09:52even the himalayan mountains an area that has been the epicenter of yeti lore since early civilization

09:59the yeti or abominable snowman came on the radar of western culture when people started trying to

10:05conquer everest large expeditions would run across very unusual footprints in the snow the sherpas that

10:14were the guides for the europeans were saying oh yeah we know what those are the local people call

10:18these things the meto kangmi meto kangmi roughly translates to man bears snowman now we've been

10:26showing you recreations and artistic renderings of those sightings but now look at this the indian army

10:32recently tweeted out real photos claiming to show mysterious footprints made by the yeti found near a

10:38base camp in the himalayas these prints supposedly measured a whopping 32 by 15 inches giving bigfoot

10:46run for his money according to barrackman there are indeed some similarities between the yeti and his

10:53american counterpart bigfoot famously captured on what's known as the patterson gimlin film it's so

10:59funny that the yeti today is almost universally depicted as white because that's not the case i've been to

11:05nepal i've spoken to nepal i've spoken to witnesses they're almost always brown or black just like the

11:11north american sasquatch can this piece of footage withstand the same level of scrutiny that has been

11:16subjected to the patterson gimlin film according to legend during his himalayan invasion at 326 bc alexander

11:26the great and his soldiers ended up battling a tribe of potential yetis described as large hairy

11:33body-bodied men with nails like beasts claws sounds like a good movie but let's see what our experts

11:39think biologist floyd hayes takes a look at the possibility that this could be a bear local to

11:50mountainous areas the himalayan brown bear occurs throughout northern north america and eurasia but

11:56normally they would be hibernating during the winter so bears need a lot of food to maintain their body weight

12:02during the winter there just isn't much food available and so they normally just curl up in

12:07a sheltered space and they reduce their metabolism while hibernating so it seems out of place that a

12:13large ape would be in such a cold environment devoid of food what is this animal eating every day to

12:21maintain its body metabolism anthropologist and bigfoot expert dr jeff meldrum has not only seen this footage

12:29before he's discussed it on tv before well some of the intriguing aspects that suggested this might be

12:36an authentic piece of video included things like the apparent massiveness at one point the creature

12:42is crouched down beside a snowshoe trail so using that as a rough estimate you were coming up with

12:48a figure that was quite in excess of human dimensions however meldrum has had plenty of time to think about

12:55this footage and over time he concluded that the circumstances surrounding its providence are highly

13:00suspicious it quickly became evident that the identities of the trekkers the opportunity to examine the raw

13:08footage these were important critical pieces of information that the producers of this documentary were

13:15unwilling to share which was a big red flag turns out meldrum's instincts were correct as he and the other

13:22researchers dug further the surprising origin of the footage was uncovered later investigation revealed

13:28that this was a contrived piece of footage that was simply a teaser for the premiere episode of a fledgling

13:36documentary series unfortunately some videos just are too good to be true

13:40our verdict we agree with our experts this is a hoax it appears that this was just a man in a suit

13:52however those footprints discovered by the indian army remain a mystery so there's still a chance the yeti

13:59could be lurking in the himalayan mountaintops as we speak some ufo sightings make the rounds on the

14:07internet some hit the local news and others make headlines around the world especially if the

14:12witnesses don't just report seeing something in the sky but something on the ground too this next one falls

14:19in that third category and you're about to see why it's april 30th 2023 at 11 49 pm in las vegas a police

14:29officer whose name has not been disclosed is speaking with several individuals on a sidewalk

14:35when his body camera captures something unexpected

14:40i don't know let's see that again zoomed in and slowed down you see this green flash in the sky

14:49the people have been blurred out but the point of interest is this green object the video in itself

14:56isn't anything too remarkable but what happens next is really interesting at around 12 30 a.m a frantic call

15:03comes into the las vegas metro police 9-1-1 dispatch a las vegas resident made a 9-1-1 call saying

15:10that there was some 100 percent not human being staring at him from his backyard so there's two

15:18people or two subjects that are in your backyard they're like eight foot nine feet ten foot they

15:23look like aliens to us big eyes they have big eyes like like i can't explain it and big mouth

15:29their tiny eyes and 100 percent they're not human dispatch takes the call seriously enough that two

15:34officers respond body cams rolling as they roll up what'd you see it was like a big creature a big

15:40creature yeah like around 50 tall the officers are aware of what happened in the sky an hour earlier i'm

15:47not going to bs you guys one of my partners said they saw something fall out of the sky too so

15:50that's why i'm kind of curious did you see anything land in your backyard the incident garnered national

15:56media attention especially because it coincided with the biggest ufo news of 2023 these two incidents

16:03tie into a recent report from an air force official saying that the u.s government has been going on

16:09retrieval missions to collect crashed ufos to recover their bodies and study them it's also worth

16:17noting that they're only about 80 miles from the famed area 51 where most people believe these alien

16:24autopsies are taking place area 51 isn't the only secret base in nevada area 52 is said to be a vast

16:34underground complex that can house up to 25 000 people area 6 a mysterious mile-long landing strip

16:43is believed to be related to a top secret fleet of drones so could this nearby close encounter have

16:50anything to do with yet another secret government program first we take the police body cam footage

17:00to our ace video forensic analyst michael primo so the axon system is the most common type of surveillance

17:08camera that officers wear to capture their perspective we noted no evidence of manipulation

17:13these recordings were unlikely cgi so what was it first science writer mick west considers if we could

17:20be seeing a satellite falling back to earth re-entering satellites uh generally seem to move

17:27a lot slower because they burn up in the upper atmosphere because that's what they're designed to do

17:31but this is something that's made it through the earth's atmosphere to a lower level and so its

17:37apparent speed is actually quite a bit faster than orbital debris so could this footage be a genuine

17:43ufo crash landing ufos generally maneuver in different ways they would hover in the sky they

17:49would make strange motions uh they would have flashing lights they generally don't leave trails like this

17:55and they don't generally appear to be green based on the color speed and timing of this event west plays

18:01a hunch and thinks he's got the winning hand what we do know is that this is very consistent with a

18:06meteor it's green which comes from the composition of the nickel in the meteor it's leaving a slight

18:12trail and it's moving at about the same speed that we've seen other meteors fly across the sky west is

18:18also ready to double down by saying not only is this not a ufo it didn't even land in a backyard in vegas

18:24this event here was actually observed by many many people it was also seen by people as far

18:29away as in california arizona and even in utah and in northern california the most likely uh location

18:37of where this thing landed is actually up here in central nevada approximately 200 miles away from las

18:45vegas so if this isn't a ufo and it didn't land in vegas what about the family's claims of a close

18:52encounter with 10-foot aliens we have the eyewitness accounts but i think the most likely thing is that

18:59they simply saw something in the backyard perhaps a raccoon standing on the fence or something and

19:05they startled them and then they ran back inside called the cops and there was some giant uh being in

19:10the backyard and then we roll in the other story of the fireball being seen and it becomes a thing

19:22our verdict we believe that the green light in the video is a meteor which was later confirmed by

19:28nasa's planetary defense office as for the family's alleged backyard encounter with aliens the las vegas

19:34police ultimately closed their investigation into those claims as unfounded despite the abundance

19:42of ufo sightings only a select few merit official investigation by the government even after those

19:49inquiries sometimes questions remain like this classic kiwi case which happened more than 45 years ago

19:57december 1978 kaiku ura new zealand a kind of plane called an argosy is carrying a tv crew in search of some

20:04weird flying objects encountered 10 days earlier by another cargo plane flying the same route from

20:09wellington to christ church journalist quinton fogarty is covering the mission on board he reports that

20:16something strange is going on uh we've just heard from wellington radar that we've uh got an object

20:23about a mile behind us and it's following us it's uh really getting uh a bit frightening up here there's

20:29a whole formation of unidentified flying objects behind us this unusual aerial activity is being

20:38filmed from the cockpit by videographer david crockett who was in his mid-40s at the time and is now

20:43retired i put on a 200 millimeter lens and i was leaning over the co-pilot with a very heavy 16 millimeter

20:53camera you know you're supposed to be on a tripod for that kind of lens crockett captures some shaky

21:00footage of a mysterious flying light in the near distance and then on the return trip more mid-air madness

21:08we're climbing out of christchurch and there it was right in front of us and as soon as the

21:14argosy turned towards the the object the bleeps came up on the aircraft radar we climbed up to 14 000

21:25feet and it's sort of moving to the right it's by far the best of the unidentified flying objects we've

21:32seen so far so it appears to be well like a flying saucer in a single frame of film crockett captures what

21:43looks like an ampersand shaped trail from the object the footage is taken seriously enough that once

21:49the plane lands the new zealand defense force starts investigating journalist mj banaya says

21:55they proposed some theories for what these kaiku ura lights could be the government speculated that

22:00this could be reflections of squid boats on the water fishing boats turned out to be the explanation

22:08in a story we previously brought you about strange lights filmed from the international space

22:13station they also suggested that this could have been essentially venus the planet rising in the

22:18night sky others think that these strange lights may have had a more covert origin there was a lot of

22:24speculation that perhaps this was some sort of test vehicle for outer space missions that the new zealand

22:30military was using and and that's why all the secrecy surrounding these lights was maintained

22:35now six years earlier there was another mysterious incident in the area in 1972 a kaiku ura coast resident

22:46reported seeing three similar hovering rays of bright lights going from right to left across the sky

22:52could they be the same ones seen in crockett's video let's let our experts shine a light on this kiwi conundrum

22:59first astronomer mark d'antonio explores why this object looks the way it does you couldn't really

23:10get a very steady shot because the plane's always bouncing around that will probably cause some of these

23:17objects to be blurred sometimes that orangey trace looks like a spot sometimes it looks like an elongated

23:22object since the quality of the film makes it hard to get a good look rich hoffman of the scientific

23:27coalition for uap studies considers the theory that this could just be scrambling squid boats think

23:33about a squid boat being of the water and plane probably up in you know several thousand feet and

23:40the object was moving at 207 miles an hour i don't know of any squid boats that move at 207 miles an hour

23:49so if this isn't a boat in the sea and wellington radar control tower operators confirmed that there were

23:54no other clearances for air traffic at all in the skies that night could we be looking at a secret

23:59cold war era military aircraft flying through the night sky if you have a radar signal being transmitted

24:06up and it bounces off of something solid that's a pretty good indication that there is something solid

24:12there and you're talking about a relatively slow type of craft when you're talking about 207 miles an hour

24:19by comparison most commercial planes have a cruising speed of around 500 miles per hour

24:25so that seemingly rules out military aircraft then what about the theory that this could be a planet

24:32like venus well d antonio has done some research and has made a discovery what i've done is i've

24:38i've set up a planetarium program to look at the new zealand terrain exactly at that time of night when

24:47they were flying around now venus is either an early morning riser or it's a early setter at sunset it's

24:55never going to be visible in the middle of the night like this but lo and behold here's jupiter right

25:02there just rising at this exact time they were flying looks to me like it could be jupiter that they saw

25:10our verdict this remains a genuine ufo d antonio's theory that it's jupiter is intriguing but think

25:22about it we know something was spotted on radar and new zealand officials say this object remains

25:28unexplained if there were such a simple explanation they probably would have said so right

25:34super strength is something you usually see only in superhero movies but does it exist among regular

25:43people who don't wear capes this next video raises that question and some suspicions it's august 2023 in

25:52kenchenaburi thailand a woman is walking along a dirt path when she witnesses something she just has to

25:59catch on camera on one side of the tree-lined path stands a man bent under the weight of what looks

26:06like a gigantic boulder the woman filming cautions him he remains still perhaps considering her warning

26:17then in a spectacular display of strength he secures the boulder with his arms and walks toward the camera

26:23journalist aaron mccarthy is wowed by just how big an undertaking this appears to be this rock has to

26:33weigh hundreds and hundreds of pounds and this guy doesn't seem to be like some kind of super athlete

26:41and yet he's carrying it without all that much effort the video cuts off before he unloads the boulder but

26:49given the proper circumstances some say it would be possible for him to lift it there's a phenomenon

26:54known as hysterical strength where in an emergency situation people are capable of lifting incredible

27:01amounts of weight and though the phenomenon is hard for scientists to study there are plenty of stories of

27:07it happening in 2019 a 16 year old football player from ohio heard his neighbor calling for help

27:14her husband had been trapped under a car that had fallen off of its jack

27:19the football player was able to lift the 3 000 pound vehicle using just his forearms there's another

27:25example from 2013 in which a man was trapped under his 3 000 pound tractor and his two teenage daughters

27:32were able to lift it off of him but there is one key difference between those examples and this video

27:39this doesn't appear to be a life or death situation which has led many to ask does this man have

27:46superhuman strength we've reported on incidents of superhuman strength before but usually they involve

27:55men who look like this rather than men of average build so could we really have people with super

28:01strength living among us we ask our experts to do the heavy lifting

28:10we begin by asking emergency medical physician dr ed hope if this could be an example of hysterical

28:16strength in stressful situations you do have access to more strength and speed and that is because

28:22adrenaline gets released into your blood supply this sends more blood to the muscles increases your heart

28:29rate and your respiratory rate and puts more glucose into the blood to get those muscles ready for

28:34action but there is still an absolute limit a rock of this size could weigh 2 000 pounds so to carry

28:41it this way for such a sustained period would definitely exceed that limit yet why can't humans shoulder

28:47this kind of weight when other animals can for instance ants can lift up to 20 times their own body weight

28:54that would be like a human lifting 4 000 pounds which we know is impossible a lot of this comes down to

29:00scale because relative strength decreases as size increases smaller creatures are able to lift

29:06proportionally more than larger ones in fact this very video is an example of what should be a body

29:12crushing lift if this was an actual rock that he was underneath he would be completely crushed so his spine

29:19would not be able to take that kind of weight and collapsing down it would break all his bones and

29:25rupture his organs too it would probably be certain death for this chap so could this rock simply be

29:31lighter and less dense than it appears there are rocks in nature that are very light for example there are

29:38rocks called pumice these rocks are formed from volcanic gases and magma when it interacts with water

29:44they have a lot of air bubbles inside but anderson isn't so sure that's what we're dealing with here

29:50if you look at the rock in detail there's a couple things that tell you that this is not

29:54a low density rock for example there are not a lot of bubbles or holes in it from where you have the

29:58gases the other thing is is the color of it has light grays light browns those don't match the colors that

30:04you would find in low density rocks instead anderson thinks this is a lighter than it looks rock of a different

30:12sort the other idea would be that this is a man-made type of rock for example landscaping that you see

30:17in amusement parks those rocks are all man-made they have sort of the same composition and properties of

30:24those rocks but they don't have the density of the crystals growing together

30:33our verdict we're going with the artificial rock theory our geologist knows a fake rock when he sees one

30:40as appealing as the idea of superhuman strength may be we're probably better off abiding by our limits

30:48recently one of our dedicated viewers saw something strange and glowing in one of his home security

30:54cameras so he did what you're supposed to do he sent the footage to this email address to see if we

31:01could shed some light on the situation july 2023 baltimore county maryland after waking up in the morning

31:0966 year old john parsons checks his security camera to see if anything notable happened overnight

31:15and he's shocked by what he sees there was something floating i've seen on your shows before pictures of

31:21orbs and that's the first thing that crossed my mind then it started seeing a few more and they

31:27seem to come out of nowhere and disappear just as fast some of them even seem to have like a ghostly

31:33trail behind it was kind of weirding me out so i didn't know what it was then john remembers something

31:39his late wife sheila told him before she passed away i lost my wife back in 2020 she died of cancer

31:46she told me she would be watching over me it could be her watching over me orbs like these are balls of

31:55light that are said to be manifestations of energy connected to spirits journalist alexis brooks says

32:01they've been captured in other photos and footage and are sometimes called angel or spirit orbs

32:07spirit orbs are loosely considered the souls of deceased loved ones some argue that the spirits of

32:14the deceased can only show up as orbs because they don't have the energy to manifest themselves

32:20physically in 2013 janice whitmer of nashville tennessee allegedly captured several potential spirit

32:27orbs on her cell phone she was actually in her mother's hospital room as she was passing away

32:33and janice saw images of what she refers to as angel orbs i know it has to be angels she clearly said that

32:43she felt that those orbs as angels of light had shown up to help her mother cross over and about 500

32:51miles west of where janice saw this phenomenon another strange ball of light has regularly been making

32:56appearances in the night sky the orange basketball size orb first appeared in 1881

33:03on a rural road in the northeast corner of oklahoma this orb named interestingly after a former town

33:11named hornet is called the hornet spook light we do know it does exist and it's still being seen by many people

33:19local legend asserts the hornet spook light is the ghost of a murdered osage chief

33:27to this day it remains a mystery but will we be able to solve the case of the moving orbs in john

33:33parsons front yard let's have our experts round this up

33:42first an authenticity check i began with analyzing the structural data using medex forensics this is a

33:49pretty common type of surveillance technology and there are no concerns with the source of the

33:54file we can trace that structural data back to that application okay so is it just something mundane

34:00like an insect flying right in front of the lens this object that's airborne in front of the camera

34:07may actually be very very small but when it's directly in front of the camera it appears very large

34:12and out of focus still physicist dr matthew shanagas isn't sure insects are the right fit i don't think

34:19that these circles are insects because they're moving far too slowly and i don't see any evidence of

34:27anatomical features and insects should have like wings for these whitish grayish spots we're looking at

34:34specks of dust are also commonly found on camera lenses so is that what we're seeing instead we're

34:40looking at objects that have more of a flat shape whereas a piece of dust actually makes something

34:48look more spherical the shape is a clue as well as the trails which i wouldn't expect from dust particles

34:56shanagas says the direction the orbs are moving is leading him to something else perhaps their drops

35:02of moisture the path of each appears to be very subtly curved and i believe that that curvature

35:09is the curvature of the lens some of them go the opposite direction or side to side but tiny droplets

35:17of water could be light enough to be blown by wind or affected by heat it's possible but primo isn't so

35:25sure something that would be dripping out of the lens would demonstrate a gravity it may actually take

35:30over the entirety of the lens we're not seeing drops of water that are covering up and blurring out the

35:36whole lens so what are these white orbs showing up on john's security camera could they actually be

37:28to show yet another encounter documenting an aerial object bathed in golden light it turns out china

37:36could be where we'll find clues to extraterrestrial life especially since the completion of the world's

37:42largest single dish radio telescope at 500 meters wide it's nicknamed tianyan which means eye of heaven

38:17that's there so if it's real could it be a hologram holograms are three-dimensional images generated by

38:23lasers that appear to reflect real physical objects but when it comes to creating them size matters so

38:30let's say this was a hologram what size is this this is major size here this has to be hundreds of feet

38:38across and hundreds of feet tall but this isn't star wars where holograms can show us a 3d object it would

38:45be too complex to create it as a hologram as we understand holograms today so does that mean that

38:52alien technology can be completely ruled out as a contributing factor meteorologist juan hernandez

38:58says he's confident that it can and should be obviously it is a beam of light now is it pulling

39:04people away out of this world i don't see any humans i don't see any objects that are flowing up into the

39:12sky i think this is a meteorological phenomenon it just so happens that we are a couple hundred feet from

39:18a river which leads me to believe what we're looking at is a fog bank that has developed this morning

39:58those rows of rectangles that's not just sunlight coming through fog right it would have to be

40:05reflecting off something but what what we're looking at is a light reflection from a building he's right as

40:13you can see in this footage from the same angle the reflection is actually the edge of one of the

40:19buildings from the shen yang expo center there is a curtain that is preventing us from seeing what's

40:25behind the fog but if we had a sunny and clear day we would see a building that is behind here but we

40:30don't see the back side of the actual building in this image our verdict this is a light reflection

40:40caused by sun and fog one of the reasons the city could be so foggy is because of air pollution

40:47due to heavy industry coal-fired power plants and high vehicle emissions and that's our show for
