00:17but the biggest movement in plastic surgery now is actually reversing it

00:35and I know a thing or two about reversal surgery I had my famous tig old biddies removed but it
00:41was the toughest decision of my adult life for people in the public eye who spent their lives
00:45chasing perfection can you fix that I hate it reversal isn't a simple decision I want to go
00:54back to what my body was at like 23 I spend so much money and time on plastic surgery it's crazy at
01:01least over a hundred thousand dollars that's why we created the rewind retreat where for the next two
01:08weeks the surgery obsessed will be checking in to discover if they're really ready to let go of the
01:15butts god damn both them booties big the boobs you can't keep those titties and the lips I have
01:22no idea what is in my face that get them attention I look good they'll be challenged to look at
01:27themselves outside show us your idealized image of yourself and in I don't want to lose myself maybe it
01:38just is an aesthetic thing or maybe it's something much deeper but they won't be alone mainly for legal
01:44reasons they'll be guided by two experts in their fields I had Botox three days ago look at my
01:49forehead it doesn't move is that fabulous nothing wow it's awesome will they leave their former selves
01:57behind if they rewind you won't believe who's on the other side I really would love it to be

03:34been a big part of my life coming into this retreat it's gonna be a huge challenge for me I'm gonna find
03:41it whether I want to remove what I've had done or am I gonna keep it the way it is hello darling oh

05:09procedure that you have had in the past and I am not here to do it thank God please welcome dr. Terry

05:26something I think Larissa has the hearts for Dubrow I am shy because I think Dr. Dubrow is handsome
05:33so as you probably know lately we're seeing a trend towards people celebrating their natural beauty
05:49and getting away from a more altered look I'm Dr. Terry Dubrow I'm here to help you with your
05:57potential reversal process I am Dr. Spirit I am your resident body image expert and I will be

07:47and it's like well I can't help but stare at Larissa's boobs they're double the size boobs that
07:52I have and then Elvis Allen filler is something that I don't think belongs in people's faces that's how
07:57you get so out of control looking like you just gotta have a spaceship I just want to run to Dr.

08:21worried about my hair you don't have to blow dry your own hair no how do you do that yeah went to
08:27the salon every day I get a blow dry is that not normal you go every day you have somebody do
08:34your hair every day every day honey you need to dial it back a little bit we're in LA where crazy
08:40happens but that's really out there even on a Sunday when you have nothing going on Sunday's the best
08:46day for me that's a real treat day for me like that's the day of just giving to the Lord and saying

09:11here Alan so I changed a lot of my appearances I've done a bit of Botox got a bit of cheek filler lip
09:17fillers and PDO treads and then I went down the route to get a 360 lipo and a BPO this is my problem
09:23you have a needle get me on the bed it wasn't a nice experience growing up being bullied for the
09:30way I look the way I talk the way I dress the way I was I was ginger I had spots I was a little bit
09:38chubby to change the way I look so important I dyed my hair black I started to do a little bit more to
09:45my face everything changed for me I do have a really good successful life back at home I do a
09:51lot of social media I do a lot of TV everybody in Ireland knows who I am and what are you hoping to I
09:58would like to get rid of the BBL really yeah why because I come from a place really small and everyone
10:06knows who I am it's like that's all they look at is that and I just get really uncomfortable when
10:11they're not looking at my face I feel as if my face has not worked anything if they're looking
10:15at my behind don't get me wrong we all love a compliment and we all like guys or girls hitting
10:22on us but I'm just looking for someone just to see me with this instead of the the big booty I
10:30thought Jenny whiny getting it done was gonna make me find somebody because I've never been in a
10:35relationship I got the attention but it wasn't the right attention I'm looking for I want to be with
10:41someone and have dogs and cats oh it's lovely well I don't think it's all peaches and cream sweetie
10:46so don't get it all twisted 34 years old and I've never been in a relationship keep that ass and see
10:53what happened Larissa why are you here I'm here because they I did a lot of this flat surgery growing
11:00up I was bullied and this really made me feel very sad kids are very cruel sometimes I always want to
11:08look like Kim Kardashian Pamela Anderson Anna Nicole Smith people really love beautiful people what have
11:17you done life on my knees knees tummy tucky BBL three times then I remove it and got a butt leaf tea I got
11:28a two booby jobs fat removal lipo in my chin and I think it's just it ah nose job I also got a six
11:42six pack so you have a six pack what's the surgery first what do you mean they vasoliposuction oh
11:51that's what it means I always wonder what that meant Pfizer like vasolipo what do you hope to get out of
11:57this I just would like to change completely my lifestyle go back to run go to a marathon and
12:05these boobs and the six packs do not belong with you but it's hard to run with those it's 1,500 each

12:16coming up what are we gonna do you'll see for the parts that you're thinking of rewinding you'll have

12:52wait how much no 1,500 I'm just confused because my mom's told me about my whole entire life that
12:59there is no breast implant bigger than 800 Larissa girl I don't know how you looked at those implants
13:07and we're like yep that's the look I'm going for I cannot relate I really would like to be able to go
13:13to a pool party with a family and don't be that person that um what she's doing here so you feel
13:20like you stand out in the wrong way in the wrong way also for example I was a country club and the
13:26woman was like doing stripper and I was like no I don't do this but because of the yes physical
13:33parents people well people judge a book by its cover sadly I can totally understand what she's
13:39saying because when you do see her all you see are her boobs you're not willing to understand her
13:45get to know her so I think she needs to just tone it down a little bit okay Brielle why are you here
13:51I'm here because I'm unhappy with my under eye filler I've gone through so much with this face
13:58I've done my lips countless numbers of times Botox whole new job which basically gave me a whole new
14:04face what are you hoping to get out of it hopefully a better softer more natural look
14:09I mean like Dr. Dubrow said earlier that's what we're all kind of going for now right and Kim why
14:14are you here well I'm here because I'm going through divorce and I've had like some weight loss and I'm
14:21a small framed person you are teeny yes and so the 10 pounds has definitely created like some loose skin
14:26and I did some contouring thinking that it would like it was supposed to go under the skin and like
14:32tighten it up and like and it did the opposite I've done my boobs a few times and then I had a
14:37tummy tuck I did have filler in my lips I do Botox all the time I sacrificed my body for six incredible
14:47humans so I did a mommy makeover who does this themselves a clown just because you're a mom doesn't
14:55mean you have to let yourself go my mom every morning did her hair did her makeup her earrings
14:59match her shoes and this whole nine yards and she set this really awesome standard an example for
15:03me to take care of myself as well my mom had always said growing up like if I had really big ears or a
15:09really big nose it bothered me or whatever it may have been she would have fixed it and I've always
15:14kind of said the same thing to my girls and what are you hoping to reverse so like I don't like when
15:20my arm is down I would like to just fix this little portion here I had some major neck surgery last year
15:25I'm afraid of this pretty big scar that pulls the skin we'll see it might not even be possible
15:30Kim the rewind retreat is designed for people wanting to reverse and wanting to go back it's not
15:35a place to just come and get free surgery yeah we have had a long day a long night so we're gonna

20:09to her man like they must not want your man possibly or something or they know him or something a lot of
20:15these extreme plastic surgery decisions like Larissa is based around like low self-esteem so I want her
20:21to set boundaries I think she would attract a way better caliber of a man than she has currently

22:06standing in front of you is a larger-than-life version of your actual body and next to you is a bucket of all
22:15all of your body parts for the parts that you're thinking of rewinding you'll have three options you
22:22can choose to remain the same you can choose a version that's bigger or more extreme or you can
22:29choose a version that's smaller or less extreme you got it this challenge will tell me if they are really
22:38clear on what a reversal would look like all right are you ready let's go all right this looks like a
22:48really interesting leg oh my god my feet's so big oh my god why I hate this photo I look like a chicken
22:59a rotisserie chicken it's too much that photo finding the smallest ass in this bucket is the easiest part and
23:11the rest is the hardest I am terrible when it comes to puzzles I'm stressed out can't get a blowout I need a
23:19vodka soda asap I'll blow you out anytime I don't even know how to do left or right this way never
23:28mind put my body together she can hardly get dressed in the mornings why do my knees look so terrible I
23:33guess I need those done before anything Kim I can't with you I should probably do the knees instead of

23:52those are going in the we don't want you bucket this is a hard task everything looks the same I can't
23:59figure it out this is probably one of the hardest things I've ever done like these all look so similar
24:05to me that it's hard for me to get the ideal cheeks I could not figure out which one was
24:11overfilled or underfilled and I think that's a big problem if I can't tell the difference then there's
24:17clearly a problem like what the how do I not see that lips were definitely easy to tell are these
24:24your current lips I hope your current lips are your ideal lips I do like them look out there's a
24:30boobs it's difficult I think this one look smaller Kim's got a handful of necks they all look exactly
24:42the same I mean what I'm hoping for is to have absolutely no lines and no scar so what I hear
24:47you saying is that none of these are good enough you keep working on that hello hi how do we look tell
24:56me about this breast size I think if they go smaller you'll be out what that would run feel

25:29think I was just fine just the way I was never I honestly don't know if I'm prepared to be Alan

25:44can you come look at my arms and how odd they look which neck did you go with real all of them look
25:51terrible this puzzle stuff is really throwing me for a loop these necks all look the same like what
25:56am I missing this is why I'm not a plastic surgeon okay so Alan tell me a little bit about what you chose
26:01so I chose to go a little bit smaller with the bum mm-hmm and then obviously smaller with the lips and
26:08obviously the cheeks also okay well you're right you in fact did choose all three smaller parts so
26:16Larissa in looking at your changes I noticed that you chose a lesser sculpted stomach and larger breasts
26:27was that your intention no that's no way that was a biggie I can't believe that because that looks so
26:37small to me I noticed that you chose larger breasts was that your intention no could it be that because
26:57for years you've been so obsessed with achieving this body shape that you're not able to recognize
27:02yourself with more normal proportions yeah it's good food for thought I don't have an idea anymore what
27:10you chose larger lips and larger cheeks I think that looks like my lips for real like actually they
27:28are a little bit bigger are they yep I'm confused as to how I got my lips wrong clearly I don't know
27:33what my lips look like and maybe I need to go get more lip filler I don't know Kim now you chose firmer
27:39larger arms we chose larger cheeks but the thing that's most interesting out of all of this to me
27:46is that you actually chose a more wrinkled neck are you oh so you look better than that there was not one
27:52neck I wanted ah so is it possible then just perhaps that there's nothing wrong with the neck
27:59that you have now no just kidding just think about it no I definitely think what do you think yeah it
28:05looks way better this way right your neck is beautiful Kim Zilsiak thank you it's really weird that I would
28:10pick a much older neck than what I currently have I think what is gonna be really great here is kind of
28:15getting to the root of everybody's kind of issue help us kind of get down to the nitty-gritty of like
28:19really why are we wanting to do these things and maybe it just is an aesthetic thing or maybe it's
28:24something much deeper I want to thank you guys for giving me the opportunity to get to learn just a
28:31little bit more about you today some of you perceive flaws that no one else can see some of you do not
28:38have a true picture of what you would look like after a potential reversal I hope it's giving you some

29:59you look I decided to increase my implants I'm making money only fans and I thought well bigger
30:06boobies is gonna make more money and I thought what can go wrong when I started to make money only fans
30:14I'm not gonna lie I was very happy but he to make the big money you need to do a lot and then we start
30:23to realize oh my god I'm getting deeper and deeper and I don't want to do this anymore it's like quick
30:29sand what do you show on your only fans I show sexy videos sexy photos do you show everything yeah if
30:37you did reverse how is that gonna you know benefit you in the long run so maybe they will not like
30:44the reverse but I'm in my foot out yeah I feel a kind of suffering from body's morphia you never are
30:54satisfied for who you are you always want to increase you always want more why want to change so it's not
31:01about the body it's about the mind so how your mind right now you are like more inclined to do or
31:10not Kim has been telling me like you know and Brielle has been saying like no like I want what you
31:15have so like I'm 50 50. um okay I talked to Alan this morning oh I was telling him about his ass and
31:23how he should just leave it alone I think it looks great a hundred percent it almost seems like somebody
31:28made him feel insecure about it or something what's up with Larissa and her man I don't know I just
31:34think she has a low self-esteem and she needs to just go ahead and drop that dead weight I agree
31:38she needs to get a backbone of her own and she needs to get smaller boobs that people take her a little
31:42bit more serious I think she needs to just tone it down a little bit like I'm not trying to talk I
31:46love our new friends but like they look a mess if people's like I just like work from one end to the
31:54other I think I could keep we could keep this look for years of course we need to leave this life is
32:01down exactly I think we both have a lot to think about coming up is Kim Zolciak gonna be okay with a
32:11scar in her armpit dissolver can sometimes dissolve not only the filler you had put in but your own
32:17natural hyaluronic acid it can it can yeah it's not good I look like Elvis Presley going wrong maybe
32:34or Elvis Presley dead either or I don't stop in my hair I'm ready for today now Alan embraces their bad

33:00consultation room so how are you I'm good good to spend time with your mom right lucky to have her
33:06here with me yeah yeah I'm glad we both like need some help together oh god what are we doing what
33:15are we doing we're here for you so you've had some procedures yeah right right and you've been happy
33:23with most of them yes all of them but I feel like my skin isn't as tight so I tried to do some contouring
33:30so I want to talk to you about your journey so I can really understand what you want to reverse and
33:36how I can help you you started with filler yeah so what age were you I had just turned 18 when I first
33:44got my lips done wow yeah I graduated high school and the second I graduated my mom took me to LA and I got
33:52my lips done by the doctor everybody was getting their lips done at the time and there was no hesitation
33:57from the doctor doing it someone who's 18 right no it was like get in the chair let's go doctors
34:02who do filler on young people really should think twice because at the end of the day filler can
34:07actually make a young person look significantly older you had some put in the cheeks yes just like
34:13a something she did here I told her to never do that under her eyes and she did it anyway yeah so
34:19she regrets that maybe she does and you regret her doing that yes but you know sometimes you got to
34:25let them go and learn on their own even though I was like please don't yeah are we happy with that
34:29at first I was and now it's so puffy here and here but I feel like especially this side I think one side
34:40is definitely more full than the other so you grew up in an environment where people around you were
34:45having plastic surgery and cosmetic enhancements yeah how aware were you about sort of any enhancements
34:52your mom was doing I was always going with her to her doctor's appointments I feel like she was
34:57mostly getting every laser you could think of to remain youthful so then every month I'm like oh I
35:03need to go get my lips done filler became like going and getting like a diet coke you know it just
35:08became nails yeah the under eye filler just became like uh insecurity that I didn't even know I really
35:16had I grew up on TV since I was 10 years old y'all want to sing happy birthday to her this is the
35:23person I wanted smile what the heck is wrong with you my mom was always going to get Botox and lip filler
35:32and I'm watching my mom go through this kind of just made it seem like normal and next time you see
35:37me I'll have a new set of titties I get hit up by tons of doctors for free surgeries free injections
35:48social media is my job I know what I have to do post it on social media and gain a following anything I
35:54saw that I felt like I could go fix I would go and I would fix it so here you are see look at me
36:00damn that is not yeah filler is not a no-brainer you know it's not just you put in if you don't
36:07like it dissolve it go away and everything's fine oh really so this is going to be a task well let
36:12me let me show you what is theoretically possible and maybe what could occur see that that's now okay
36:19and that's that's dissolving I already like the after you do like the after yeah like that you like
36:25the dissolve I still look like I have cheeks I almost look like younger you like your natural
36:31face I do let's take a look at what you're looking like now okay so this is it okay okay it doesn't
36:38show it perfectly but you can see loss of elasticity looseness here particularly up in the upper third
