US responds, to send crisis action team to PH for rescue, relief efforts

The United States will be sending a crisis action team to the Philippines to assist in the rescue and relief efforts as the country is continuously being battered with heavy rains that so far affected over 2.7 million people due to widespread flooding and other weather disturbances-related problems. 00:00General Bronner, Admiral Paparo and Secretary Hegseth and our President,

00:10who will deploy the crisis action team of the U.S. Indo-PACOM,

00:16the Armed Forces of the Philippines, and all the needs of our response efforts

00:26to activate the EDCA sites for relief goods,

00:31and the air assets and other assets of the combined Armed Forces of the Philippines

00:40and the U.S. Indo-PACOM are used.

00:43At dahil po ito'y panahon ng tag-ulan, patuloy po itong pag-uugnayan ng dalawang Armed Forces

00:55ng Estados Unidos at ng Republika ng Pilipinas,

00:59at ang iba pa po ang mga kaalyado natin na nasyon upang sa ganon makahatid po ng tulong sa mga nangangailangan

01:09at masagip po ang buhay ng mga nangangailangan.

01:13So ako po'y inatasan ng Pangulo na ibalita po sa inyo na nag-monitor po kami dito,

01:21nakipag-coordinate kami kay General Bronner at sa OCD,

01:26at nag-commit po si Admiral Paparo mismo ng U.S. Indo-PACOM

01:31kaya hindi na po siya makikipag-meeting mamaya

01:37kung hindi pabalik na po siya sa Hawaii para ma-organize ang combined efforts

01:43for kung ano man ang kailangan upang yung rescue and ating relief efforts sa Pilipinas ay tuloy-tuloy po nating magampanan.

01:56Marami pong salamat at mag-uulat po tayo kung meron pa mga importanteng mga kailangan ihayag sa inyo po.
