00:07So we're going to be teaching you guys
00:08how to get your front limber
00:10So let's go
00:11First you need to warm up
00:29You need to warm up your wrists and your back
00:41Other things that you may also want to warm up
00:50will be your arms and your legs
01:11Before you attempt your front limber
01:21you're going to need an ordinary handstand
01:24and you're also going to want to be able to
01:26come up from a bridge
01:28whether that's from going into a backbend
01:30or coming up from another way
01:32To start off your front limber
01:34you're going to want to start off
01:36with your arms up by your ears
01:38Then you are going to put your good leg
01:40out in front of you into a lunge position
01:42After that you are going to
01:44bring your arms down to the floor
01:46and keep your bad leg up into the air
01:48into a normal handstand position
02:01From the handstand
02:02you're then going to slowly
02:04lower your legs down to the floor
02:06into a bridge
02:08As you lower your legs down to the floor
02:10drop your shoulders slightly over your hands
02:14If you're a little bit nervous about going into the bridge part
02:16you can try it onto a raised surface
02:18such as a mat
02:20As your feet hit the floor in your front limber
02:34try and put the balls of your feet down first
02:36instead of being flat footed
02:38Now when you do your front limber
02:50you're going to want to try and stand up
02:52So as your feet come over
02:54push the balls of your feet into the floor
02:56and push your shoulders over your hands
02:58and help you to stand up
