00:17It was created on July 8, 2020, in order to provide maximum transparency in the allocation of public resources, as well as to have an objective and statistical view of the number of physical spaces destined to community food assistance.
00:31According to the government, the decision responds to the need to optimise public resources in order to guarantee its efficient, timely, transparent and responsible use.
