00:00We try to approach the well-being with a holistic approach, which means that we
00:05not only provide the healing service like counselling and psychiatry, but we
00:10also try to promote and prevent their mental health problems as well. So that
00:16is being done through the project of co-creation. So what we do is that we
00:22kind of like engage with various faculties, collaborate with them, we
00:28calibrate with staff, student council and agents through various faculties, so to
00:35make sure that they are able to assist us in kind of like observing our students
00:40and seeing what are the concerns or the issues that students are dealing with
00:45because various faculties have their own issues, right? And we're able to get
00:50feedback from them and then be able to provide support that is tailor-made
00:54specifically for each faculty as well. This is able to empower them to be healthy
01:01and then able to face challenges daily.
