Midtjylland training ground visit ahead of facing Hibs in Europe League.
Transcript
00:00Welcome to Denmark. More specifically to the Michelin training ground which they
00:07call the gold mine. The place where they hope to unearth a Ballon d'Or winner and
00:16a Prime Minister. Stick with me on this one. They've got a primary school attached
00:22to the training ground here where the best young kids start at age six. They
00:26share the facilities with teams right up to the first team so they are inspired
00:31by their captains but they value education as well so they genuinely say
00:36they want to produce a Ballon d'Or winner and a Prime Minister. More immediate
00:41concern of course to Michelin and to Hibs is tomorrow night's Europa League game
00:47in Herning. So Hibs will be underdogs obviously you just have to look at this
00:55place. This 20 million pound facility they've got here. The fact that
00:59Newtland have got three times the playing budget of Hibs. They've played in the
01:07Champions League. They missed out on the Danish title by a point last year. We all know the
01:11whole thing now. But money never want to get with football. It's going to be
01:15interesting to see how they shape up. We'll be at the stadium later as well. For now
01:21it's just nice to be out here in the fresh air and a remarkable facility seeing how
01:27things are done. It's going to be interesting to see if Hibs pick up any
01:32lessons if anyone from Hibs is coming here for the redevelopment at East Maines
01:35which is underway at the moment. We will keep in touch and speak tomorrow.
