A trip to Fez and Meknes in May.

00:00Come with me as I explore Fez and Mechnez in Morocco.
00:05We start the day with a hearty breakfast from our Riyadh La Maison Bleu.
00:13Before getting into the old town for a wonderful tour of many sights and signs,
00:20including the largest medina in the world.
00:23A tour couldn't be complete without exploring the sook and going to a mosaic factory
00:31where we got to see all the wonderful creations as well as the artists' hard at work.
00:38We then made our way to the famous tannery where we got to learn all about the process
00:43and most importantly, see the finished product.
00:46And then off to the Fez Festival of World Secret Music for a cultural experience I've never had before.
00:58And of course, some more fantastic cuisine before we set off to Mechnez to visit the mausoleum of Mule Isnaz.
01:05We also got to look at some incredible silver craftsmanship, as well as embroidery, including beautiful tablecloths.
01:18Before an evening of more cultural entertainment.
01:22Our final day was spent at the Roman ruins of Lubeus, where we got to see stunning examples of architecture,
01:27including this intricate mosaic, before enjoying an afternoon sampling Moroccan wine at the Chateau Péus Lane.
01:37And there was just enough time for one last meal before we bid goodbye to Morocco.
