As of 8:15 a.m., floodwaters along M. Naval street in Navotas City reaches knee-deep level due to the 1.9 meter high tide and rains brought by the habagat.

The Navotas City government has suspended face-to-face classes in all levels from pre-school to college, in both public and private schools, on Wednesday, July 23, due to heavy rains brought by the southwest monsoon (habagat) and high tide.
