00:00They said to DPWH Secretary Bonoan that they started to construct the projects for flood control.

00:12It was a long time for it.

00:15There are a lot of projects that have done at the end of the day.

00:21At the same time, they said that they developed a master plan for each of the 18 major river basins.

00:42So, it was a master plan according to specific characteristics at pangangailangan ng bawat area.

00:49So, asahan po natin at maging lagi tayong handa sa pagbaha.

00:55Although, hindi natin masasabing 100% agad na mababawasan ang pagbaba sa ating bansa,

01:02pero patuloy pa rin po ang pagsasagawa ng DPWH para po maibsan ang problema rito.

01:09Patungkol naman po sa DOST, meron po silang theme, meron po silang nilaunch,

01:13kahandaan sa bagyo at baha, solusyon sa ligtas na bayan.

01:17So, nagkaroon po sila, nagkaroon po ng kick-off,

01:23TFAW celebration, ang DOST, pag-asa,

01:27nila-launch nila ang National Hydromet Observing Network Interactive Platform

01:34at ang Centralized Alert System kung saan maaari pong makuha at ma-access ng ating kababayan ng critical weather advisories.

01:45At ang sabi naman din po ng DA, handa po sila sa food security, lalo-lalo na po na okay naman po ang supply ng ating bigas sa kasulukuyan.

02:03At maliban po yan, pati po yung DSWD, sanabi po nila na handa rin po sila sa feeding program.

02:11At pati po ang DOH, handa po sila sa programa nila na taob, tak-tak, tuyo, takip at ang alas 4 contra mosquito

02:20dahil sa panahon po ng tag-ulan, marami pong nagiging sakit, dulot ng pagbaha.
