MMDA Chairman Romando Artes inspected the TRIPA DE GALLINA Pumping Station on Wednesday July 23, to ensure its continued operations amid ongoing inclement weather. He noted that the station had been overwhelmed by a large volume of garbage washed in by recent flooding caused by the southwest monsoon.
Artes urged the public to practice proper waste disposal to help prevent further clogging of vital drainage systems. (Mark Balmores | MB)
