Sometimes, cooking can be more dangerous than treading uncharted territory, and this video proves it.

The clip features Sonya in the middle of preparing a meal when she realizes that all it takes for things to get really heated is just one second.

Fortunately, she manages to step away from the stove just in time to avoid any injuries.
