00:00I think this is a good way for us to be able to, in a healthy way, release
00:12whatever we have going on inside out into the void and then reducing that
00:17pressure that we have inside. After doing this, I become more happier, a lot
00:22happier. In fact, I get to meet a lot of people who are going through, you know,
00:26different things and, you know, there's no judgement here. It's just two people or a few
00:31people just getting it out of the system. I was having a real bad day with my
00:37partner one day. We were walking by the lake and I just said to her, hey, do you
00:42want to go scream by the lake? And she was like, yes, let's do it.
