00:23No president has wielded power over his party to the degree that Donald Trump does.

00:33You'd have to go back to maybe Lyndon Johnson and even there.

00:37No president has broken the norms that President Trump has.

00:44No president has, I think, pretty clear, broken the law in terms of the Constitution and been

00:52allowed to get away with it by his party in power and by the Supreme Court as Donald Trump.

00:58So it's really no president like it.
