00:00Okay, so clearly lots of new homes are being built across the kingdom.

00:03And as you say, this is all very much a part of Vision 2030.

00:06Just tell us, how would you assess the economic impact of the NHC?

00:10Yes, you know, if you just look to the number that we just mentioned,

00:16you see the house impact through our activities.

00:23I'll take just a glimpse of 25.

00:25We expect NHC that will add close to 30 billion contribution to the GDP,

00:33which is equivalent to 1.1% of the non-oil GDP in 25.

00:41We will support more than 180,000 jobs in just the year of 25.

00:52This is equivalent to almost one job for every 84 jobs supported during the 25.

01:05This is just a clear sign of the impact of NHC and separation to the economy

01:13and to different industries, constructions, and other real estate-related industries.
