00:21sama-samang nag-ikot ang mga opisyal ng Malacanang, Senado, Kamara at iwa pang ahensya ng gobyerno

00:26bilang pag-iikot para sa ikaapat na State of the Nation address ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jener sa July 28.

00:34Pinractice na nila ang magiging galaw ng presidente sa lunes

00:37at ininspeksyon na rin ang iba't ibang panig ng Batasang Kompleks para matiyak ang mahigpit na seguridad sa lugar.

00:44Bago yan, idinaos din ang final interagency meeting para sa okasyon.

00:54We have completed our guest list and we are already sending out or distributing our invitations

01:04to the concerned individuals today.

01:09We have almost filled up the seats in the plenary hall.

01:17We are just waiting for the names to be plotted in the seats.

01:23We have established three viewing halls at the Room Valdez Hall having a 290 seating capacity,

01:40RBM rooms 7 and 8 with 70,

01:47the Venecia Hall with 80 people capacity.

01:54Almost all these viewing rooms are filled.

02:00May mga nakapaskil na rin karatula patungkol sa midterm milestones ng presidente.

02:05Sa North Wing Lobby naman, nakalatag na rin ang red carpet na daraanan ng mga bisita sa pagtitipon.

02:11Ang mga kawaning ng media, nagsimula na rin mag-set up ng kanilang mga gamit.

02:16Ayon kay House Postperson Attorney Princess Avante, nasa 90-95% na ang kahandaan ng kamera para sa zona ng presidente.

02:25Sa ngayon, wala namang security threats na naiuulat.

02:28Pero kasama sa mga binabantayan ng mga otoridad ang masamang panahon na nararanasan sa bansa.

02:34Sa kanyang tuloy-tuloy pa rin yung preparations natin, hindi naman siya naaantala.

02:42Of course, we will keep on monitoring yung developments ng ating panahon sa mga susunod na araw.

02:50Pero as of today, tuloy-tuloy at wala namang disruption sa mga preparations.

02:57Kung lumala pa ang panahon sa mismong araw ng SONA, tiniyak ni Avante na may contingency measures naman ang mga otoridad.
