Will bad weather derail SONA on July 28? House spox says there's a 'contingency'

House of Representatives spokesperson, lawyer Princess Abante said there will be a Plan B of sorts for the delivery of President Marcos' fourth State of the Nation Address (SONA) on July 28 in case the weather out of hand.  Abante had this to say in a press conference Monday, July 21, a week before the event that is hosted annually by the House in Batasan, Quezon City.
