00:18The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council on Sunday, July 20 reports that the combined effects of Crissing and the Southwest Monsoon or Habagat
00:29killed three people in Mindanao, one each in Mambahaw, Camiguin, Lanao del Norte, and Malita, Davao Occidental.
00:39According to OCD Assistant Secretary Bernardo Rafaelito Alejandro IV, initial reports say the fatalities were hit by fallen debris.

00:52There were also three missing individuals in Antique due to flooding while three others were injured in Sultan Kudara.
00:59Meanwhile, a total of 120,008 families or 370,289 individuals have been affected by Crissing and the Habagat
01:10in Cordillera, Ilocos, Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon, Calabarzon, Mimaropa, Bicol, Western and Central Visayas,
01:20Zamboanga Peninsula, Northern Mindanao, Soxargen, Caraga, Bangsamoro, and Negros Island.
01:28The OCD will remain on red alert for the possible low-pressure area which may develop into a tropical cyclone
01:34near the eastern part of northern Luzon within the first week of the forecast period from July 18 to 25.
