So now, we have a low-pressure area outside of our Philippine Area of Responsibility.
00:09
This is the last passage along the 430 kilometers northwest of Pag-asa Island.
00:15
The chance of this being a typhoon is low and there is no direct effect on any part of our country.
00:23
Meanwhile, we have three weather systems that affect our country.
00:27
First is the shear line.
00:29
If we can see, the axis of our shear line has increased, which is the collision of hot and cold wind.
00:36
Because of this, our northeast monsoon or the wind is weak and there is no effect on any part of our country.
00:45
So now, our shear line is affected here in the extreme northern Luzon.
00:50
Meanwhile, we also have the Intertropical Convergence Zone or ITCZ that is affected here in Mindanao.
00:58
Meanwhile, we also have the Easter list that is affected here in Metro Manila and a large part of our country.
01:08
For the time being, if we can see, we can experience the rainfall of the shear line here in Batanes and Babuyan Islands.
01:18
We also expect to experience the rainfall here in Mebicol Region and Tromblón, which is affected by the Easter list.
01:26
For Metro Manila and a large part of Luzon, we expect that the weather will be clear.
01:33
But we also expect that it will be hot and foggy during the afternoon until the afternoon
01:39
that there is a chance of localized thunderstorms when it comes to the afternoon and evening.
01:44
So be sure to check the social media pages for the upcoming thunderstorm advisory.
01:51
The temperature for Metro Manila is 24 to 32 degrees Celsius.
01:56
Lawag is 24 to 30 degrees Celsius.
01:59
We expect in Tuguegarao is 22 to 31 degrees Celsius.
02:03
Baguio is 15 to 25 degrees Celsius.
02:06
For Tagaytay, we expect 21 to 30 degrees Celsius.
02:09
And Legazpi is 24 to 31 degrees Celsius.
02:14
We can see the whole of Visayas.
02:17
They will experience a heavy downpour with scattered rainfall due to the Easter list.
02:24
Meanwhile, we expect here in Maycaraga, Davao Region, Camiguin, Misamis Oriental, and Bukidnon,
02:32
they will also experience scattered rainfall due to the Intertropical Convergence Zone.
02:39
As for Palawan and the southern part of Mindanao,
02:42
we expect that we will experience a clear weather but there is a high chance of localized thunderstorms
02:49
when it comes to the afternoon and evening.
02:53
The temperature for Calayan Islands and Puerto Princesa is 24 to 31 degrees Celsius.
02:58
Iloilo is 24 to 30 degrees Celsius.
03:01
For Tacloban, we expect 24 to 29 degrees Celsius.
03:05
Cebu is 26 to 30 degrees Celsius.
03:08
For Cagayan de Oro, 25 to 30 degrees Celsius.
03:11
Zamboanga is 24 to 32 degrees Celsius.
03:14
And Davao is 24 to 30 degrees Celsius.
03:19
We have an increased gale warning here in Batanes.
03:22
So we expect 2.8 to 4.5 meters of gale.
03:27
We would like to remind our countrymen, especially those who own small fishing boats,
03:33
that it is dangerous to sail here in the coastal waters of Batanes.
