00:20nakasaad na pwedeng humiling ng release o paglaya ang mga mahina at matatanda ng akusado sa kasong kriminal,

00:26lalo na mga biktima ng maling parata at hindi makatarong ang pag-aresto at detensyon.

00:32Kasama nila sa paghahain ng panukalang kalalaya lang na oktagenary na si Prudensio Calubi Jr.

00:38Ang panukalang batas ay para rin sa komemorasyon ng Nelson Mandela International Day bukas, July 18.

00:45Samantala, ininusad ng Commission on Human Rights ang Bantay Bilangguan Advocacy Campaign

00:50para sa karapatan at dignidad na mga persons deprived of liberty,

00:53dahil nitong maiwasan ng pag-torture at iba pang pang-abuso sa mga inmates.
