The death of Bradley Murdoch has not closed the search for the body of British national, Peter Falconio. The reward of half a million dollars remains on offer for anyone who can provide vital information to the whereabouts of the body.

00:07Ollivana, what does Murdoch's death mean for the police case?
00:10Well, Kyle, the search for Peter Falconeo's remains is certainly not over.
00:14In fact, some have suggested his death could in fact prompt people to come forward with information.
00:19The ABC has spoken to a criminologist who has suggested Bradley Murdoch could very well have told someone something of value
00:27and they may not have been able to share that information until now.
00:31Police have assured people that that $500,000 reward remains on offer for anyone who can provide a tip
00:37which leads to the location of Mr Falconeo's remains.
00:41They're actively urging people to come forward and have said that since that reward was first announced,
00:46they have received new information, but nothing they say which is credible at this stage.
00:51Speaking to News Corp today, Peter Falconeo's father said he hopes to live long enough
00:56for something to be uncovered and to bury his son.
