A disturbing video showing the rape of a three-month-old baby was found being circulated and sold online, Home Minister Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail revealed.

Speaking after the Home Ministry’s monthly assembly on Wednesday (July 16), Saifuddin condemned the act as "absolute madness" and stressed the gravity of the crime.

He said the case underscores the urgent need to bolster the intelligence and operational capabilities of Bukit Aman’s Sexual, Women and Child Investigation Division (D11) to better combat such heinous offences.
