00:09Archita Pukhan, better known online as Babydoll Archie, became the centre of a viral storm.

00:14It started with this reel, a Sari transition video that crossed 8 million views. Then came

00:18this photo, a woman believed to be Archita Pukhan, posing with American adult film star Kendra Lust,

00:24captioned, excited to learn from her. To many, it felt like confirmation. India's next porn star,

00:29small-town girl goes global. As speculation grew, her Instagram handle changed to shtaramira.

00:34That's when the internet lost the plot. Was Archita even real? Was she AI? But behind the noise was a

00:40crime. Her ex-boyfriend Prateen Bora had allegedly used advanced editing tools to morph her face onto

00:46explicit content and spread it online. He even went as far as faking her location, claiming she had

00:51moved to the United States. Archita eventually filed an FIR, and Assam's Dibrugar police traced

00:56the trail to Bora, who has now been arrested. He has been booked under multiple sections of the IPC

01:01and IT Act, including cyber-harassment, defamation and violation of privacy. Police have confirmed

01:06that Archita is not linked to any pornographic material, and the viral visuals were fabricated

01:11with the intent to defame. She has since spoken out, urging people to stop sharing the fake content.
