00:00OK, let's move on to another topic, the war in Ukraine.
00:04President Trump has expressed some disappointment in his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin.
00:08President Putin hasn't actually responded in words, but experts say he often responds through actions.
00:14And shortly after President Trump's remarks, Russia launched a massive drone attack on Ukraine.
00:21I mean, Angie, what a change from February when there was that infamous now meeting between President Trump and President Zelensky in the Oval Office.
00:30And now it looks like President Trump is getting on much better with President Zelensky and not quite so well with President Putin.
00:37I mean, he really seems to be losing patience, doesn't he?
00:39Yes, and I think that's a good reading of it. President Trump is very frustrated with Russian President Putin.
00:45He realizes now, after many, many months of trying to do diplomacy, that Putin is responding with, well, just being defensive and showing dominance.
00:56The actions do not match the words coming out of Putin's mouth.
00:59I think President Trump has finally come to that realization that Putin's not going to stop.
01:04He has sent Secretary of State Marco Rubio to Malaysia to speak with the foreign minister of Russia, Lavrov.
01:12And they seem to be having some sort of open line and productive talks.
01:16But again, it's all talk. We've been reporting on the story for many years now.
01:20And a lot of the words that come out do not match the actions.
