00:10It hasn't. But again, you know, it's not a unilateral thing.

00:14You know, President Trump, for being a Republican president, I always say he is truly a war dove

00:22when it comes to hawks and doves, as we call it in the United States.

00:26I mean, he does not want to engage in war. And that's something that he's made very clear.

00:33And to have a Republican in my lifetime, I've certainly not seen that of any Republican president.

00:39So he's someone who errs on the side of negotiations and diplomacy.

00:44And I think that when you have another person that you have to negotiate with, it is not on your timeline.
