00:00Minnesota Vikings have a great wide receiver duo, but the depth of that position is going to be a huge storyline going into training camp.
00:09The Minnesota Vikings have a really interesting wide receiver group, and it's great at the top.
00:14Justin Jefferson and Jordan Addison are arguably the best duo in the National Football League, and they are going to be great no matter what.
00:22But outside of that, there's a lot of question marks.
00:25Jalen Naylor seems to be wide receiver three.
00:27You have Ty Felton, who is going to make the team as a third-round draft pick.
00:31But outside of that, what do you have?
00:33Plus, the Jordan Addison suspension that is looming, that is likely to come after his trial on July 15th, is going to make things even more interesting from a training camp perspective.
00:45There's one guy I think is going to be very, very interesting to watch all training camp, and that is just Sean Jones.
00:52Last year, the Minnesota Vikings gave him tied for the most undrafted free agent guaranteed money and signing bonus with Gabe Murphy, $225,000 fully guaranteed.
01:01And he's a very intriguing player.
01:04Coming from Maryland, he was one of those oft-injured guys.
01:07Torey's ACL twice over the course of his time at Maryland, which was six years.
01:11But he's got the ability, he can run crisp routes, he's got some speed, and maybe some punt return ability as well.
01:20And because you have those elements with the roster, you have question marks of depth wide receiver.
01:25Rondale Moore still hasn't been cleared to practice yet.
01:29He's not had to practice with the team despite signing a one-year deal this offseason.
01:33Jones is somebody who could make the team and maybe make an impact.
01:36Special teams is going to have to be where he does it first.
01:39And I think he's got the acumen to do that.
01:41He played well last year during training camp.
01:44This could be an opportunity for him to make the roster and maybe make an even bigger splash.
01:48Wide receiver is going to be interesting, especially because you have incumbents like Dair Thomas, who's been here three years, Lucky Jackson, who's been here three years.
01:55There are players who want those roster spots, who have experience with this team.
02:00Jones is now one of those guys.
02:01And with the Vikings likely carrying six like they have every year in the Kevin O'Connell era, Jones is going to be the one guy I watch out for.
