00:09Ito'y dahil ngayong buwan ay magpapatupad ang kumpanya ng taas singil.
00:14Batay sa anunsyo na Meralco, magpapatupad ito ng halos 49 centavos na dagdag singil sa kada kilowatt hour.
00:21Kaya naman sa mga kumukonsuma ng 200 kilowatt hour, may 98 pesos po na dagdag sa inyong bill.
00:27Habang umaabot naman sa 244 pesos para sa 500 kilowatt hour,
00:33paliwanag ng kumpanya dahil sa pagsilit ng presyo ng krudo dulot ng sigalot ng Israel at ng Iran,
00:39tumaas ang singil ng mga independent power producer na siyang naka-apekto din sa generation charge.
00:46Bukod dito, nagdulot din na epekto ang paghina ng piso kontra dolyar mula noong Marso,
00:52gayon din ang pagtaas ng transmission charge.
