“Free for all residents” Ropeway saved thousands of lives in flood affected areas of HP’s Mandi

Mandi (Himachal Pradesh), July 11, 2025 (ANI): The Ropeway in Mandi district has turned as a lifeline for thousands of people living in flood affected areas of Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh. This has become a major source of transportation since many roads and bridges have been collapsed due to flash flood in the region here. Government is providing free travelling facility of Ropeway for the residents of all 12 panchayats of Saraj assembly constituency in Mandi district.
