04:41We all know Daffy Duck as a screwy narcissist, and in this show, it's given a more modern twist.
04:48Tina is a rebellious, snarky tomboy who takes no nonsense from anyone.
04:53And yet, their relationship is surprisingly wholesome.
04:56Tina loves Daffy despite his many, many flaws, and has enough patience to put up with his antics.

05:14Meanwhile, Daffy actually cares for someone besides himself, even trying to support her when he can.
05:20This pairing is so unexpected that Daffy even calls Tina insane for loving him.

05:56At the very start of the series, it looked like Finn, the human, and Princess Bubblegum were meant to be.
06:03However, as the show progressed, we sensed something between Bubblegum and Marceline, the vampire queen.
06:10While it wasn't outright stated, fans speculated that they were romantically involved, but it didn't end happily.
06:16These theories were ultimately confirmed in the finale when the two shared a kiss.
06:21Not only was it satisfying seeing this theory confirmed, but it was also heartwarming to watch the two
06:39rekindle their relationship over the course of the show.
06:42The only other couple that surprised us this much was Jake and Lady Rainicorn.
06:47Mostly because of how wholesomely unhinged they are.

07:12Obviously, we're rooting for Fry and Leela's ongoing love story, but there's another connection on the show that catches our attention.
07:19Amy is a bubbly, outgoing party girl from Mars, while Kif is a shy Amphibiosan with literally no backbone.
07:27Two polar opposites, and yet they have an adorable chemistry.
07:31We could live here at the shore of the Tranquilibrious Sea in a timeshare, and I would pluck the moon from the sky just to see you smile.

07:54While they still have their falling outs and breakups, they still bring out a new side to each other.
08:00Kif gains more confidence over time, while Amy slowly grows more mature along the way, to the point where she willingly wants to raise a family with him.

08:37Throughout the episode, Elle is for Love, Luna has been trying to find the confidence to ask out Sam, the person of her dreams.
08:45Sam's identity is purposely left vague throughout the episode until the very end, when we learn that Sam is another girl.
08:51Suffice it to say, Luna's confidence is well-rewarded, as the two are confirmed to be dating down the line.
08:58Luna and Sam have their occasional falling out, but they care for each other enough to work past their issues, and remain a loving, literally rocking power couple.
