Ruiz still PCO acting secretary  Palace Press Officer Claire Castro on July 9, 2025 says that Acting Secretary Jay Ruiz still heads the Presidential Communications Office (PCO)  amid rumors of a reorganization. Castro neither confirmed nor denied whether Ruiz would be replaced by journalist-turned-corporate communications head Dave Gomez, saying no appointment papers have reached her office.
