Malacañang urges Vice President Sara Duterte to go home to perform her duties and face the controversy surrounding the use of the confidential funds by the Office of the Vice President. Palace Press Officer Claire Castro said in a press conference on March 19, 2025 that Duterte should prove the veracity and validity of new questionable receipts from the OVP's confidential funds.
