00:16the depression of negotiated solutions,
00:19overlook efforts of non-proliferation of atomic weapons,

00:25the failure of actions in Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya and Syria will tend to repeat in a more serious way,
00:33bringing about disastrous consequences for the stability of the Middle East, North Africa and especially our people.
