03:25and there is the youngsters on the polling stations

03:31so i think that all people must go to vote to elect their mayors counselors and even their communal

03:44projects so the will of the people that has decided to have the control of its own fate

03:53so we decide our fate our destiny that today has this this day is for the youth because

04:08all projects that are going to be elected are the are going to be sponsored by the national government
