00:00Today I'm announcing Revitalised Family Services so building on the legacy of
00:04the Last Labour Government Sure Start programme we're investing 500 million
00:08pounds into Best Start family hubs that will bring together family support services
00:12health services and parenting support to make sure that all children can
00:16achieve and thrive this is a big step forward and will really help parents
00:19particularly when their children are young we're making sure that we get
00:22across every local authority at the moment not every area has that kind of
00:26support but we'll also bring together a digital offer as well so that in keeping
00:31with the modern age learning the lessons of the past from Sure Start but also
00:35building in terms of what works
