00:34In light of recent developments, the Koberger's are asking members of the media for privacy, respect, and responsible judgment during this time.
00:43We will continue to allow the legal process to unfold with respect to all parties, and will not release any comments or take any questions.

00:53Opening statements in the trial were scheduled to get underway on August 18th, but according to Sharon Gray, Brian will now change his plea to guilty.
01:07In exchange for prosecutors taking the death penalty off the table, Brian, a former doctoral student in criminology,
01:15will be sentenced to four consecutive life sentences on the murder counts and the maximum penalty of 10 years for a charge of burglary,
