00:00Three-time MVP Bela Belen has confirmed that she is ready for her PVL debut

00:05where she will be suiting up for the Capital One Solar Spikers.

00:15Fresh off a historic silver medal finish with Alas Pilipinas

00:19at the AVC Women's Valuable Nations Cup in Hanoi, Vietnam,

00:23Bela Belen, a three-time UAP Most Valuable Player,

00:26is now curing up to make her professional Valuable League debut in the Premier Valuable League or PVL.

00:34According to Belen, her time with Alas Pilipinas was instrumental in her growth as a player

00:38and she will bring it to the pro level.

00:41Last week, yung time to reflect kung ano yung mga pinagdaanan ko with NU

00:46and kung ano yung mga na-achieve namin as a team.

00:50So ayun, I'm very happy talaga sa na-contribute ko sa NU

00:54and hopefully, matuloy-tuloy ng mga susunod na generations ng batch ng NU.

01:01Each season, mas nag-mature ako as a player and as a person.

01:05Yun talaga, yung talaga yung nakita kong growth ko na pwede kong dalhin pagating sa pro

01:11kasi yung ibang level of playing na talaga yung kailangan very mature na inside and outside ako.

01:16So yun, malaking tulong yung naibigay sa akin ng NU community kung paano nila ako na-shape as a person.

01:24The Filipina athlete also shared her memorable experience playing with Alas Filipinas

01:28where she teamed up with fellow collegiate stars Angel Canino and Shaina Nitura.

01:34Sobrang healthy competition talaga dun sa national team

01:37kasi syempre, ako for me, mas gusto kong mag-improve

01:41kasi yung mga kasama ko, ka-teammate ko talagang matataas yung level

01:48pagating sa paglalaro ng volleyball.

01:50So parang ako as a person, tinitignan ko kung ano yung pwede kong maitulong for the national team.

01:55And na yun, I'm very happy kasi once na parang kinol ako to play,

01:58naipasok kasi I'm not a starting six naman eh.

02:01So yun, every time na Coach Jorge tell me na maglalaro ako,

02:06So yun, I'm giving my best lang talaga every day.

02:09Bella confirmed that she has begun training with the Capital One Solar Spikers

02:13who are set to face the Cherry Tigo Cross offers on July 5

02:17and the Zeus Thunderbelts on July 6.

02:20Both matches will be held at the Inares Center in Montalbang, Rizal.
