00:00The Marquina River's water level remains normal despite of the non-stop rain.

00:05As of now, the residents and vendors are worried that the water might suddenly rise.

00:09If the water reached 15 meters, residents should prepare themselves since first alarm will be raised in the city.

00:14Meanwhile, in relation to the collapse of a flood wall in Navotas City, the water level in Navotas River remains low.

00:22However, the Navotas LGU said that they are prepared to issue a warning once the water level begins to rise.

00:28Currently, the reconstruction river walls has started.
