00:00look you represented casey anthony you got her off on a murder charge um and she has tried
00:09to um go forward in her life but everybody still remembers it um is that going to be the same
00:16with diddy i don't think so you know i think diddy's gonna be fine i think he'll bounce back fine
00:22uh i i you know remember this is an entertainer who um well he's not a rapper he's a rap producer
00:31and he you know he deals in that world where um quite frankly i don't think it's going to affect
00:37him uh all that much uh now he higher corporate sponsors may shy away from from him for a while
00:46but as far as the music business is concerned i don't think it's going to affect him at all
00:51look i know you're saying that um that people in the music world may be like look if he can make
00:56hits we'll work with him but those artists do risk some backlash from the public who not everyone in
01:04the public believe me i mean we saw the reactions to the verdict there were certainly people celebrating
01:09but there are people who are pissed off about this a lot of what he does is in the background of the
01:14producer so yes there's going to be some somewhat of a hit uh however i i do think he'll be able to
01:21bounce back and work i i don't think he's going to find him in a situation find himself in a situation
01:28where he goes bankrupt because of his inability to find work i i do think he'll be able to recover
01:33not to the extent or not to the extreme of where he was before but look i i think he's made enough
01:40money to last himself for for what many people would utilize in five lifetimes or ten jose when
01:47we interviewed mark agnifilo months and months ago he said to me that you know what the prosecution
01:53has done in this case is they've taken a successful as he put it a successful black man and reduced him
02:01to a monster those were agnifilo's words so does that stick i mean his own lawyer said it before trial
02:09and even during trial they said what a bad guy he is essentially so doesn't that haunt him this
02:18isn't going to be a full recovery but i do think he'll be able to recover some semblance of a life
02:24but as we mentioned before i i think this prosecution was a flat-out racist prosecution
02:29i think they took a man who was at the top of his game they brought out ugliness this is what i like to
02:36call uh tv prosecutions if you notice if the casting video hadn't come out none of this would
02:42be an issue and he would have never gone to trial they would have continued on with his lifestyle as
02:48as he saw fit but once that video came out you had a domestic violence case and a very popular
02:56individual and they started sniffing around and they created a case and that's what what this
03:02whole circus is all about it's we shouldn't allow prosecutors much less federal prosecutors
03:09construct and build a case from absolute nothing from whole cloth it's going to depend on a lot of
03:17how he one repairs his public image i do think if he takes a a hiatus that will benefit him because
03:25we live in a 24-hour news cycle the hiatus is going to be prison yeah whatever the sentence turns out to
03:30be that's certainly a strong possibility as well so you know but i do think he'll be able to get out
03:35and put somewhat of a life together and if he doesn't big deal he's already made enough money for
03:41him to be able to retire and and enjoy the rest of his life and and hopefully newfound freedom if he gets
03:47out sooner than later
03:49sooner than later
