Diddy is going after a grand jury witness and a lawyer he claims have been spreading lies about him ... accusing them of fabricating stories for media attention.

00:50So he has now filed a lawsuit against Courtney and his attorney and it is that that's a big shift for him rather than just

01:49I'm from Miami and I also feel as if Diddy's lawsuit seems like a calculated move to discredit and silence those going against him

01:56If the accusations are truly false, then I believe the legal process will discover that and uncover that but this kind of legal action
