Draw Dots
1) =REPT(CHAR(152),C2)&REPT(CHAR(186),D2)&REPT(CHAR(153),E2)
2) Change font to Wingdings2
3) Apply to all rows

1) Select all dots (except header)
2) Home ~ Style ~ Conditional Formatting

00:00Let's create this nice looking rating chart in Excel. First you're going to have to enter the
00:04field and half an empty formula. This is how you do it. Next we'll put the formula to draw the chart.

00:20And then apply this to every row. Next we'll color the dots. Select all the dots excluding
00:26the header like this. Go home style conditional formatting manage rule. In here new rules our
00:32threshold will be three so equal to b two three. That's our threshold. Next we'll do for above the
00:40threshold. And the last step is to hide this working column here c d and e. You select those columns and
00:53press ctrl 0 to hide it. And you're done.
