00:00Well it's been a really full on year, but honestly I've loved every minute of it.
00:06I think we've been able to make a real impact locally, there's been a lot of cases that
00:10I've been able to help with and a lot of people I've been able to support, which I think is
00:14partly the most rewarding bit of the job.
00:18And equally, the difference that we're now starting to make in government, things like
00:21sending free school meals to all the households who need a bit of credit, all the investment
00:25we've made in the health service, finding that it's really, really powerful and useful.
00:29I think a lot of it's just about staying grounded actually and just having those conversations
00:34with constituents and just doing as much as I can to be visible and proactive in the local
00:38area, you know, doing coffee mornings, going out and directly speaking to people on the
00:41doorstep and just really keeping your head on the ground in terms of the issues people
00:46are facing on a day-to-day basis and then kind of framing what the work that I'm doing and
00:50kind of how I'm trying to address those problems around that.
