00:11Bruce is here again I mean it's been a long journey for him two years of hell I guess we

00:16could say but so so pleased to be working with Bruce again you know we love him to bits as he

00:21probably hates Bruce yeah we're all so pleased you're back lovely to see you here but you have

00:26had a year of hell right yeah it's been a tough old road been battling away but finally got my

00:31strength back I was hoping maybe be back for the TT but the strength just wasn't there so I've been

00:35battling away just get my fitness back so I thought it'd be perfect start back on the 250 a number of

00:41operations yeah chemotherapy went through that first year and then that start of the year I had

00:46another setback so I don't have another operation so that sent me back a bit as well so it's been a

00:51bit of a struggle but I'm there and Clive you've just given him his bike back just as it was so

00:57it's the old team back again no team back again and last year as you're probably aware Bruce loaned

01:01the big bike the wiser there to Connor and Connor's on that again as it happens this year Lee rode the

01:07250 Bruce's bike last season but of course Bruce is back on board it and so so pleased and for the 500

01:13you've made it into a long wheelbase yeah Connor as we know six or four six or five we made some

01:19additions or some changes last year in terms of moving the seat and handlebars and screen and

01:23so on no longer looks quite the MotoGP bike or Grand Prix bike that Bruce rides but it suits Connor

01:29I know you've done a few laps and feel very much at ease with the bike again yeah I said to everybody

01:34like I'll just take it steady and just work my way into it but I did that and I was all over the

01:39places I was missing apexes on the second lap I thought I'll just do what I normally do and it just

01:43clicked straight back into it it was like it was like it was yesterday and Clive to prepare the

01:48bike I guess you know exactly how he likes it it's kind of as he heard it last time yeah it tends it

01:53seems to play into our hands when there's not a lot of practice Bruce doesn't it generally because

01:56you know the bikes come out the truck we've got the settings and Bruce and the team have worked

02:00together for a long time so we sort of wheeler out and the gearing is generally right the settings

02:06are pretty good and as we proved the other night yeah he went real good well without that much

02:11practice and everything else if the conditions are good that lap record may be up to touch or is it safe

02:15tonight I just I just come here just to have fun I was surprised myself of the other night how fast

02:21it went how quickly I got back into it so anything could happen we'll just wait and see just gonna go
